Actress Lindsay Lohan, 24, must attend weekly education classes for alcoholism.
Judge Elden Fox said that the popular singer will undergo frequent drug controls and called upon him to establish residence in Los Angeles.
This treatment is part of a rehabilitation program to be completed without entering a medical center, and in which she was hospitalized for 23 days at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
Lohan left the Ronald Reagan Medical Center at UCLA on Tuesday after being admitted on 2 August. Previously turned 13 90 days in jail as a sentence he received after violating terms of probation that was imposed for driving while intoxicated in 2007.
On 20 July, Lohan surrendered to authorities in California to begin his sentence.
The judge explained that Lohan, who next opens September 3rd in U.S. "Machete" by Robert Rodriguez, will be under supervision until November.
On day 12 Marsha Revel, the judge who had previously the case, retired after the District Attorney of Los Angeles complained of meetings between defense attorneys and the judge in Beverly Hills.
