Kevin is an American psychiatrist who has become a successful author. While promoting his latest book, is visited by the sister of an old patient, who asked to return to Barcelona to reopen the case of her sister. She has reportedly been admitted to a psychiatric hospital in an almost catatonic. Kevin's return to the city where he worked and lived it will bring shadows of a past that his mind had been deleted.
